Quality Manager – Focus on Testing, Processes, and Certification
OnRobot is looking for a hands-on Quality Manager to independently take responsibility for the company’s quality assurance systems as well as testing of our innovative products for collaborative robot applications at our production site and headquarters in Odense.
You will report to the CEO, but will work closely on a daily basis with the supply chain, development, and our global sales organization.
You work in a structured way and ensure efficiency in your tasks, with a focus on solutions that benefit both our customers and the company.
As Quality Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing the complaints process and follow-up
- Leading and participating in software testing
- Following up on product improvement initiatives
- Approving quality actions in the development process (stage gate model)
- Daily follow-up and approval of improvements
- Facilitating quality meetings
- Ensuring updates to the quality management system
- Making sure all processes are described and updated
- Facilitating management reviews and risk analysis
- Planning and facilitating internal and external audits (ISO and TÜV)
- Participating in S-850 Robotics meetings
- Ensuring quality processes are properly executed (root cause analysis, testing, corrective actions, calibration, etc.)
- Facilitating supplier audits
- Supporting the sales team with customer certification requirements
Profile & Experience:
There are several paths to this role. What matters most is that, in addition to a relevant technical education, you have experience from a quality department in a manufacturing company, as you will be the sole person in charge of quality at OnRobot.
You might currently be in a similar position with 2–3 years of experience, or you may have many years of experience as a Quality Manager in a larger manufacturing company and now wish to work more closely with all aspects of a quality department. Fluent Danish and English are required. The corporate language is English.
